The London Towne community consists of more than 2,000 residential and commercial properties that make up the London Towne community.
The community is divided into five sections. Each Section is responsible for management and improvement of their designated community properties within a geographic area. Each Section elects its' own officers, Board of Director members and committee representatives.

This is a special taxing district where the Homeowner Association fees are collected by Anne Arundel County as part of the yearly property taxes. The collected fee is then turned over to the Londontowne Community Association for the benefit of the community.
Most of the lots in the community are very small—the majority range from .09 acres to .18 acres, with only a few exceptions.
